Course Overview

Join Lara Holmes on this short but information packed online class where you will learn to master your culinary cutting skills. We aim to create variety in plant based cooking and an important way of doing that is varying the size and shape of vegetable ingredients.

Lara will be showing many different cutting styles, including cutting juliene, fine slicing, round cut, half moons, quartering and shaving techniques.  Lara will also show you how to create flower shapes and other appealing decorative styles and give guidance on maintening and sharpening your knives.

Course fees, times and bookings

This class is online for 1.15 hours and costs £20. Once booked you will be sent a zoom link for the class. If you are unable to make it, don’t worry, we will send you the recording afterwards anyway.
