Course Overview
Discover a new way of cooking with an inspiring weekend of hands-on lessons to create delicious, colourful and nourishing plant-based dishes using high-quality ingredients. These weekends are seasonally based so each one will offer recipes that will promote good health according to the time of year.
The macrobiotic approach originated in Japan and is dairy- and sugar-free, drawing on Oriental philosophy and ingredients, while valuing the importance of sustainable, local produce.
What you'll get
- An introduction into macrobiotics and the benefits of eating a plant based diet.
- Cooking classes of two lunches, one dinner and a snack and condiments cooking class.
- A macrobiotic breakfast on the Sunday morning.
- Largely organic, all healthy ingredients.
- A beautiful relaxed environment with knowledgable and supportive teachers.
- The recipe booklet to take away.

Timings
Saturday 10.30am – 6.00pm – including lunch and dinner
Sunday 9.00am – 3.00pm – including breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Fees
This 2 day course costs £220, with a 25% discount for the second people if two people come together.
