Course Overview

Join Lara Holmes for this 3 part series which is a mix of demonstrations and hands-on cooking as you learn how to prepare healthy, nutritious and delicious desserts, snacks and sweet treats aimed at children from toddlers onwards. 

As a mother herself, Lara has a wealth of experience in how to raise and feed children well. 

Participants are welcome to bring a child along (1 child to 1 child) but must be responsible for managing their child. You are welcome to bring a childminder.

What you’ll get

By joining this series, each separate class will be a mix of cooking demonstrations and hands on cooking that will develop your skills and boost your confidence.

You will be given recipes plus you’ll get to eat and take home the foods you eat.

In addition to all the new recipes and skills, you’ll also be able to draw upon Lara’s wealth of knowledge and experience from raising a family of her own on a wholefoods, sugar and dairy free diet.

Tuesday 4th June, 10 – 12.30pm – Sweet treats such as cakes, biscuits and other treats
