We offer a range of short courses from 1 to 5 days long on healthy cooking and natural approaches to healing using macrobiotics and oriental healing.
Our current short courses include the in-depth 5-day Looking After Your Health course, which runs several times a year. This course will give you a deeper understanding of your health and life using Oriental medicine, together with learning over 60 recipes in 9 cooking classes to set you up on a new healthier path in life. We also offer a variety of shorter cooking classes including our Plant Based Cooking Weekend.
If you want to stay onsite during a course the school has its own accommodation in the 18th century farmhouse. If attending a course at the school is difficult, take a look at our online course programme below. These are all live classes using video conferencing so you can see everyone in the class, ask the teacher questions, and interact with the other students.
Our online classes include Healthy Plant Based Cooking Online which is great place to start if you are wanting to learn how to create healthy plant based meals using nutritious whole foods. We also have Six Steps to Wellbeing which is an in-depth online course taking you through six key areas of health and transformation including learning how to really nourish yourself, creating loving relationships, creating healthy boundaries, stepping into your power, finding creativity and reproductive health.
We also have a home-study course called Macrobiotics Made Easy which covers all of the very basics of macrobiotics including theory, supportive guidance and cooking classes.
All our classes are sugar-free and dairy-free, and are mostly vegan. We can accommodate most dietary needs, please ask us if you have particular requirements.
