Angela Agrati Prange is one of the most experienced macrobiotic cooks, who has run many restaurants, studied with Cornelia and Herman Aihara, was head chef at the SHA Wellness Clinic, and presently chef consultant for the Happy Kitchen in Gothenburg, Sweden, the Lu-Ma café in Wimbledon, London, and the Green Shelters In Madrid, Spain.

She is the author of Cooking with Angela, with delicious macrobiotic and vegan recipes for everyday cooking, and has cooked for numerous conferences and events including the One World Festival in the UK.
The Subject of This Weekend is Traditional Italian Seasonal Cooking
Delicious plant based dishes according to Macrobiotic principles, including pasta dishes, vegetables tarts, gnocchi, amazing desserts and much more.
Plant based proteins - using tofu, seitan, tempeh and beans to create gourmet and attractive balanced dishes for everyday meals and for special occasions.
Sugar-free plant based desserts including cakes, tarts, creams, mousses and sweet snacks made with wholesome ingredients.
With a combination of demonstrations and lots of hands on cookery, this is a unique chance to study with one of the most knowledgeable and creative macrobiotic and vegan chefs the world has. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
