Angela Agrati Prange is one of the most experienced macrobiotic cooks, who has run many restaurants, studied with Cornelia and Herman Aihara, was head chef at the SHA Wellness Clinic, and presently chef consultant for the Happy Kitchen in Gothenburg, Sweden, the Green Shelters in Madrid, Spain and has been the head chef at the Lu-Ma café in Wimbledon, London for over 7 years.

She is the author of Cooking with Angela, with delicious macrobiotic and vegan recipes for everyday cooking, and has cooked for numerous conferences and events including the One World Festival in the UK.
The Subject of This Weekend is Gourmet Macrobiotic Cooking
Delicious plant based dishes according to Macrobiotic principles, with the first class focused on a selection of savoury dishes and the second day focused on a range of macrobiotic desserts.
With a combination of demonstrations and lots of hands on cookery, this is a unique chance to study with one of the most knowledgeable and creative macrobiotic and vegan chefs the world has.
You'll also get the chance to ask questions to further enhance your learning.
