Delicious Macrobiotic Desserts

This cooking class will be led by Dejan Belusevic.
Dejan is a macrobiotic Health Consultant, cook and enthusiastic teacher; with a caring, fun and inspiring approach to his cooking and teaching.
He has worked as a Shiatsu Practitioner and Professional Chef for many years and is passionate about teaching others about macrobiotics.
This is a one day course focused on creating delicious yet wholesome and nourishing desserts. The class will include a mix of demonstrations and hands on learning. You will be shown how to create a range of delicious wholesome, dairy and refined sugar-free desserts and sweet foods. There will be a variety of recipes from cakes and biscuits to fruit jellies, tarts and mousses for all occasions and seasons.
Desserts don't have to be unhealthy and we don't have to sacrifice on taste to make them nutritious. For many years now, macrobiotic desserts have been enjoyed the world over, providing pleasure and comfort to many people without relying upon dairy or refined sugar. These desserts really deliver on taste, are sumptuous and our students tell us how much they enjoy them.
Please bring containers with you so you can take away a selection of desserts that will be made.
