Lara has lots of experience of cooking tasty plant-based Christmas fare for her children and family.
Lara will be teaching how to create a range of delicious Christmas special dishes including mince pies with cashew brandy cream and Christmas pudding with vanilla custard, spiced biscuits and chocolate orange torte.
We will have all recipies available to take home, although there will not be enough time to personally make them all on the day.
