Picnics, BBQ's and Quick Summer Meals.

 This hands-on course uses the fiery energy of summer to show you how to create delicious salads, dips and vegan dishes to make your picnic or BBQ exciting and tasty.

 You will learn quick summer meals including noodle soups, cool qazpacho, stir-fries and refreshingly sweet deserts.

 With an emphasis on quick and easy preparation along with tips on how to present the final dish beautifully, this course has something for everyone.

The day will finish with an al fresco meal and BBQ sharing everything cooked and prepared on the day.

On the day you will be in the very capable hands of top vegan and macrobiotic chef Bini Sharman.

Bini is also a macrobiotic chef, counsellor, and shiatsu therapist.

Running her own business , she supports individuals and groups that want to make healthy changes in their lives, by offering a combination of wholesome cooking, coaching and shiatsu treatments.

The course will run from 2pm to 6pm
