Location & Accommodation

Our School is located in the beautiful Devon countryside amidst the grounds of an 18th century farmhouse. The main house provides a perfect space for learning and accommodation, the garden adds both tranquility and fresh produce whilst the modern, airy, light and spacious teaching kitchen gives you amazing facilities to develop your skills and knowledge.

Murtwell House is a stunning detached country property set in more than an acre of grounds with lovely views and is off the beaten track. Sweeping wooded lawns surround three sides of the house and the front overlooks a beautifully landscaped area and onto our new purpose built school kitchen.

Murtwell is a tiny hamlet in an unspoilt part of the South Hams near Diptford. It is about five miles from Totnes and approximately five miles from the A38 at Marley Head. By staying with us you can fully immerse yourself in your overall experience. It’s an opportunity to escape and enjoy the tranquility to help find greater health, wellbeing and fulfillment in your life.

We have a variety of twin rooms in the house; 1 en-suite with shower and 2 with a shared bathroom. One room has the facility to make a double bed using the twin beds. We also have a camping space and accept camper vans.

All accommodation booking options are shown on the specific course pages. Prices shown are for single beds in shared rooms and include a full macrobiotic breakfast. Sole occupancy can be arranged at an additional cost if available. We will always endeavour to provide the room of your choice, but occasionally changes and amendments might be requested.

Students can also use the communal living space. A cosy room where you can relax and unwind after a day of personal healing and learning.
