Course Overview

Join Lara in learning how to cook delicious plant based meals for two hours every week for five weeks. All classes are recorded live so you can ask questions and Lara can give suggestions if there are any ingredients that you are unable to buy or eat.  Each class is sent to you so you can watch again, or catch up if you miss any classes.  There is an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT until 15th August.

Menu’s

Week 1 – September 9th

  • Creamy barley soup

  • Aduki bean stew

  • Sweet and sour red cabbage

  • Stir fried greens with ginger and sesame

Week 2 – September 16th

  • Celeriac and millet mash

  • Black bean bourguignon

  • Steamed greens

  • Bakewell tart

Week 3 – September 30th

  • Shoyu broth

  • Squash and sage lasagne

  • Pressed red cabbage

  • Mustard dressing

  • Serve with a bitter leaf salad

Week 4 – October 7th

  • Baked sweet and sour tempeh

  • Noodles with sesame dressing

  • Squash puree

  • Huiki rolls

  • Chestnut and walnut mousse
