Deep-fried onion rings

Make the batter by mixing together the arrow root, flour and herb salt. Add in the sparkling water and mix well. Dip in the onion rings and deep fry until golden and crispy. Remove from oil and place on kitchen paper before serving. These are super yummy served with a shoyu and brown rice vinegar dipping sauce. To make it, add a 2 dessert spoons of shoyu (or tamari if you are gluten free), 1 dessert spoon of brown rice vinegar & 2 dessert spoons of water.
