The Art of Vegan Gourmet Cooking

This one-day course will teach you how to turn vegan proteins into delicious gourmet cuisine fit for a king and queen.
In hands-on classes, macrobiotic chef Bini Sharman will be showing you inspiring recipes using tofu, tempeh, seitan, beans and lentils, exploring different cooking styles and techniques which will leave even avid meat eaters wanting more.
The day runs from 10am - 5pm at the school's base in Littlehempston, near Totnes.
Fee: £80, including lunch and snacks
