A Vegan Christmas

We are delighted to once again offer our very popular Vegan Christmas cooking day.
In the capable of hands of Vegan and Macrobiotic health chef Bini Sharman, you are invited to a fun and friendly hands-on day of vegan festive cooking.
The course takes place in our amazing new purpose built kitchen in south Devon and is designed to be inclusive for everyone, from complete beginners to more experienced cooks who wish to find out more about the benefits of plant based cuisine.
On the day you will prepare and then sit down and enjoy a mouth watering, healthy and nutritious three course christmas vegan meal.
Funky festive parcels set on a cranberry coulis.
Mushroom seitan stroganoff served on basmati rice, accompanied by sweet potato fritters, baked glazed carrots and an assortment of seasonal greens.
Apricot mocha mousse, topped with heavenly cashew cream and finished with tamari and maple "candy almonds."
And of course no festive meal would be complete with out home made festive punch (with and without alcohol.)
Saturday 1st December 10am till 4pm.
