A new pop up vegan restaurant has opened its doors in Ashburton, offering delicious macrobiotic gourmet meals that are both seasonal and locally sourced.

Leading macrobiotic chef Bini Sharman is hosting the monthly evenings at Station Yard Studios, offering a four course set menu for £24. 

Seasonal eating is a cornerstone of macrobiotics, and is not only better for the environment, but is also better for health. Local foods are ideally suited to their climate and the season they grow in, thus helping us to adapt to that environment and sustain good health.


Early booking is advised as the popular evenings have been selling out well in advance.


Bini is a vegan herself and has previously run a successful pop up restaurant in Rotterdam, as well as developing ‭her own product line of Bini’s Balls, bite-sized ‬healthy snacks, which sell in local health food shops in the Netherlands.

The restaurant opens at 6.45pm for a 7pm sit down on‭:
